Park Slope Townhouse Conversion and Rebuild

Transcend implemented the architect’s design and vision in converting this Park Slope townhouse into an exquisite one family home. The building was built and laid out as a three family. Transcend gutted the interior to the bare brick common walls. Most interior walls were removed. All new systems were installed, including plumbing, electric, HVAC, cable and Ethernet plus recessed Polk Audio speakers on the main floor.

In addition to all this Transcend created a lovely backyard.
